Men's Race: 10.00km, 1060m climbing, (approx. 1000m paved road)
Women's Race: 6,1km, 632m climbing (approx. 1000m paved road)
Junior Men's Race: 6,1km, 632m climbing (approx. 1000m paved road)
Junior Women' Race: 3.1km, 340m climbing (approx. 100m paved road)

Every ABAF Member may enter 1 team for each event. Teams of no more than 4 athletes in each event can be entered of whom the best 3 will score. Individual entries will be accepted as well. Up to 9 officials belong to the team.

Bulgarian Federation covers the accommodation expenses of 25 persons per Delegation for 3 nights maximum - arrival on 27 June (afternoon), departure on 30 June (morning). The teams will be accommodated in hotel "Planinski ezera" in the town of Sapareva Banya. It is situated near Panichiste resort in Rila Mountain, about 1hour drive (75km southeast) from Sofia (pls. see the road map).

Teams arriving by bus should go directly to Sapareva Banya, where the organizers will meet and escort them to the hotel for accreditation. Those arriving by plane should land at Sofia Airport. Bulgarian Athletic Federation will provide internal transportation to and from the venue.

The citizens of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Moldova, Montenegro, Macedonia, Serbia and Turkey need visas to enter Bulgaria. Those teams are kindly requested to send a detailed list of participants including full name, date of birth, number of passport date of issue and date of expiry the soonest possible.
